Selection process
Our selection process follows the competency-based
model, meaning both the interview and following tests work toward
this objective.
Selection is one of the company’s most important processes because
it is fundamental for us to bring in talented professional who fit
well with our organisation.
The interview is the most important part of the process since it allows
us to identify key abilities and skills that are essential to job
performance.
The strictest confidence is maintained throughout the process and
all information is stored, with the candidate’s permission,
in our own system for future selection processes if his or her profile
does not fit with the current openings.
