Training In Nextel Engineering our personnel’s training
development is the basis for our company’s global development.
Nextel Engineering conducts a yearly training plan based on the identification
of needs brought to our attention by personnel and the priorities
established by the different department managers. This plan is in
line with the strategic objectives of the company.
It has two main areas:

Technical Training:
so that our technicians
continue to stay up-to-date on the newest technologies.

Non-technical Training:
to strengthen skills that could have a positive
impact or improve career development.
We also offer language training.
